On February 26, 2026, Chargé d’affaires ad interim Qiu Wenxing of the Chinese Embassy in the United States of America met with a delegation from the American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China) visiting Washington at their request. The two sides exchanged views on China-U.S. economic and trade relations and other issues of common concern.
