From November 1, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in the US will use new e-mail addresses forvisa application, passport and authentication inquiries. The new e-mail addresses are as follows:

Visa application: washington_visa@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Chinese passport and travel document:washington_hz@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Authentication: washington_gzrz@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Both the old and new email addresses can be used during the transition period between November 1 and 14. From November 15 on, emails sent to the old email addresses will no longer be processed.
