Notice on Periodic Destruction of Overdue Consular Documents

Our embassy will regularly clean up the completed consular documents (including passports, travel documents, notarizations, authentications, visas, etc.) If the applicant has a consular certificate that has not been picked up for a long time, please be sure to contact our Embassy by email in time. If the applicant has not received the consular certificate for more than one year, the Embassy will destroy it without further announcement. The possible consequences will be borne by the applicant himself. Please be informed.

important hint:

Please write the subject of the email in a fixed format, in the format of "Overdue Pickup/Certificate Type/Certificate Number/Applicant Name" (eg: Overdue Pickup/Chinese Passport/35128888/Li Si).

Please send a clear photo of the evidence collection form as an email attachment.

After the staff receives the email confirmation, you will receive a reply email with specific pickup steps.

At work, it is found that Yahoo's e-mail sometimes fails to obtain mails normally. It is recommended to use other e-mails to contact us.
