Notice on Suspension of Mail-in Authentication Service

        Please be informed that effective Monday November 30, 2015, the visa office of the Embassy of the People Republic of China will temporarily suspend the mail-in authentication service due to a change in the office's work process.

        This office will accept applications documents that have been mailed out and post-stamped before 23h59 EST November 30, 2015. All other applications sent out after this date will be returned to their senders immediately.

        This office will continue to accept authentication applications submitted to this office in person or by a courier, with no change in requirements.
