On Nov. 18, Minister Jing Quan had a meeting with students from Liberty University’s Helms School of Government in the Chinese Embassy. The Liberty students were led by Helms School Dean Robert Hurt and Professor Scott Roenicke. The two sides exchanged views on China-US relations and other issues of common interest.
