On December 15, Minister Jing Quan held a video conference with President Stuart Adams of Utah Senate, and had an exchange of views on China-US relations and subnational exchanges and cooperation. Senator Anderegg, Senator Bramble, Senator Stevenson, Senator Johnson from Utah Senate, as well as Commissioner Stevenson of Davis County, and Superintendent of Public Instruction of Utah State Board of Education Dickson attended the conference.
