Notice of Temporary Change in Opening Hours and Requirement of Applying for visas and authentications

To follow the guidelines of local authorities to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we strongly encourage and suggest all applicants to postpone their visa/authentication applications & visits to the Visa Office during the Covid-19 outbreak. Please be advised that the office hour of the Visa office will be temporarily adjusted to 9:30AM----12:00PM, Monday----Friday (Except Holidays), Effective from 24rd March, 2020.

In case of emergency, please contact us by E-mail( to set up an appointment of your visit. The E-mail shall include the applicant's name, a brief introduction of the emergency situation, phone number and category of consular service needed.
